If, after reading about the different kinds of therapy on offer, you feel like you could benefit from working with me, please get in touch to make an initial appointment either via email or phone using the details below.
What to expect
At the initial session you will be asked some questions including what you hope to gain from counselling, what problems you’re facing and what changes you would like to make. Together we will examine the issue and explore which techniques could help you and how many sessions you may need. You can decide if you’d like to come alone or with a partner, family member or friend if that makes you more comfortable, and please remember that Counselling is confidential, so you can be free to be honest and open about what is bothering you.
I have a lovely private room set out next to the entrance of my home on a quiet road, with parking. The space itself is relaxed and offers a calm setting for your session. I can also travel to your home for a small additional charge.
I also work from a couple of private rooms out in the community. Both clinics are accessible by bus or train and within a few minutes walk from the bus stop or train station:
- The Hale Village Therapy Centre. Ashley Road, Altrincham
- Stockport Therapy Room, Woodley
Sessions are usually arranged on a weekly or fortnightly basis and last for up to an hour, but can be arranged to accommodate a range of client needs.
